Academic History: M.S. in Plant Ecology, Department of Plant Biology and Ecology, Nankai University, Tianjin, P. R. China, 2005 B.S. in Ecology and Environmental Science, Department of Ecology and Environmental Science, Inner Mongolia University, Hohhot, P. R. China, 2002 Research Interests: My Ph.D. research is examining the factors that mediate the distribution of plants along the freshwater-salt water gradient of estuaries, and how these factors simultaneously mediate plant productivity and diversity. My current research is funded by the Georgia Coastal Ecosystems LTER program.
